GOLS “Student Brand Ambassador” Scheme
The Scheme:
This is the scheme of enrolling students studying in any stream as "GOLS Student Brand Ambassador". The scheme is open to GOLS present and past students and to any other student.
Objective:
To create awareness about the huge benefits of studying online with GOLS coaching and in the process to empower YOU to earn extra money with little efforts by just tapping your contacts. The uniqueness of the scheme enables you to learn and earn simultaneously by just working part time.
Role of Student Brand Ambassador:
You will maximise student enrollments for GOLS online coaching, by creating awareness among prospective students about GOLS and the high quality online coaching it offers. In the process, you will also explain about the number of benefits and ease of learning that GOLS online coaching offers.You will also highlight the following facts…

In addition, GOLS has delivered AIRs consecutively for the last 7 CS Exams, totalling 23 in all. Most importantly, GOLS has delivered first-time-in-the-history-of-the-country AIR1 via Online Coaching in CS Professional Exam
Once you are able to enroll prospective students to GOLS coaching, you will be entitled to get incentives for every student who enrolls through you. Not only that, you can earn additional incentive if you reach a higher threshold.
The details of the percentage of incentive and the process for the same are given in section below.
Incentive Structure:
Monthly Plan:
15% of fees paid for up to 3 students paying fees to GOLS per month
20% of fees paid for 4-14 students paying fees to GOLS per month
25% of fees paid for 15 or more students paying fees to GOLS per month
In addition to this, you will automatically qualify for Quarterly Plan, which is as follows:
Quarterly Plan:
If you enroll 50 or more students in a quarter, you will be eligible for 30% of fees paid as incentive.
Eligibility:You will be eligible for both the plans simultaneously.
Note:
- Month and Quarter will mean calendar month and quarter respectively.
- Fees paid will mean fees paid exclusive of taxes and refunds, if any.
Incentive payment:
Monthly and quarterly incentive remittance will be subject to TDS wherever applicable, and will be made by 15th of next month from the end of previous Month or quarter, whichever applicable (see below). In case you achieve quarterly target of 50 numbers then excess of previous two months’ incentive amounts (after incorporating the higher slab incentives applicable to you) plus the third month’s incentive will be made by 15th of next month after the end of that particular quarter.For Example, say you have achieved 3 enrollments in the first month, 17 enrollments in the second month and 30 enrollments in the third month of a calendar quarter. So you have achieved a total of 50 enrollments in that particular calendar quarter. Let’s assume that fees per student is Rs 5,000. Then your eligibility of incentive amount will be as follows:

Additional Incentives:
That’s not all! You will also be eligible for additional incentives, which may be announced from time to time. This could be like Mobile Phones, Bluetooth, External Hard disks, etc.
TDS applicable:
i) If an enrollee provides PAN card details, then the applicable TDS will be 10% else TDS will be 20%. ii) TDS is applicable for payment in excess of Rs.30,000 during a financial year.
Courses conducted presently and future plans:
GOLS conducts online coaching for Company Secretary for all the three streams i.e. Foundation, Executive and Professional. GOLS also conducts online coaching for Chartered Accountancy (CA) exams for two streams, Foundation and IPCC. CA Final Exam coaching is proposed to be launched in Second half of 2016. GOLS intends to launch many other programs like CMA, CFP, CFA and Undergraduate commerce coaching in future.
Enrolling yourself as Student Brand Ambassador:
If you wish to become a "Student Brand Ambassador" of GOLS you have to enroll with us on our website in the relevant section. After confirmation and payment of necessary fees, (details given hereunder), GOLS will give you a unique user id and password. You will also need to provide your bank details for incentive remittances. Once you login to your GOLS account, you will be able to see the list of the present courses along with all their details like duration, fees, benefits, etc. The same goes true for future offerings too. As and when they are launched, you will receive their details on your login page.
Any Enrolment fees to become Student Brand Ambassador?
For GOLS existing or past students, the scheme is FREE and they don’t have to pay any amount to join the scheme. Because, our existing students already know the benefits they have received through GOLS online coaching. Also, we want more and more students to join our online coaching and experience its benefits. GOLS existing / past students should quote their COURSE USER ID to qualify for the Enrolment fees waiver (in the specific space provided in the registration form for the purpose). If you enroll with us as student NOW, you can avail the scheme FREE.
The idea is, once you become our student, you will experience for yourself the uniqueness of GOLS coaching. This will make it easy for you to market our courses, as you will be confidant of the techniques and standard of GOLS Coaching that helped churn out AIRs for consecutive last 7 semesters and 23 AIRs in total including first-time-in-the-country AIR1 CS Professional Exam through online coaching.
Introductory Offer for other students:
To encourage other students also to join the above scheme, GOLS has come out with highly attractive offer to join as GOLS “Student Brand Ambassador” at nominal fees of Rs 1,000/- only. What is unique, even this Rs.1,000 is refundable if you achieve a revenue of Rs 10,000, during the period of this scheme. Therefore, your cost of joining this scheme will become ZERO. Such fees will be refunded to you along with your monthly incentive as soon as you reach a revenue of Rs.10,000.
How do you enroll student for GOLS courses?
Once you have satisfactorily explained about GOLS and benefits of GOLS online coaching to a prospective student, you will enter details about such prospect/s in your login account. With this, the particular student will be tagged to your account. The same process will be repeated for your other prospects too.You will be eligible for the incentive amount for these students when such prospective student pays fees to GOLS.
Support from GOLS:
GOLS will provide dedicated micro website for accessing all your required information. Inside the website, in your dashboard, you will get information like, course offerings and their fees, your existing prospects, fees paid status, incentive eligibility, incentive payment details etc. You will also get dedicated Counselors for any help and support you may need from time to time.Besides, you will get digital brochure, virtual training, course demos, detailed FAQs including different scenarios on how to handle queries of prospective students.Also on the anvil is a ‘mobile community group (On WhatsApp, Hike)’ of ‘GOLS Student Brand Ambassador’ to share their success stories, tips and get answers to your queries.
Personalised Digital Certificate:
In addition, GOLS will issue you a personalised digital certificate stating you as our brand ambassador. You can download this from your login account and take a print for your use. If you upload your photo in your account, then the certificate will come along with your photo.
Duration of the Scheme:
From March-1, 2016 till September-30, 2016 or such extended time as may be announced from time to time. GOLS may however, modify/withdraw the scheme any time by giving notice on its website. However, students who have already enrolled for the scheme will be eligible for benefits as already announced. Please check for the latest scheme details before enrolment.
Note: In case of any dispute, the decision of GOLS management shall be final and binding to the GOLS Student Brand Ambassador. All disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
